For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for spice)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Chicken:
