Instructions:

  5. Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the stuffed chicken breasts in the skillet and sear each side for about 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Serve: Once cooked, remove the toothpicks, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
