  • 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Make a horizontal slit in each chicken breast to create a pocket. Stuff each with mozzarella. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
    • Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
