Instructions
- Prepare the Lobster Tails: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shells down the center, stopping just before the tail fan. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell. Season the meat with salt and black pepper.
- Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Stir in the lemon juice and remove from heat.
- Bake the Lobster: Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat, reserving some for later. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Serve: Once cooked, remove the lobster from the oven. Drizzle with any remaining garlic butter sauce and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for added brightness.
