Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess moisture squeezed out

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Meatballs:
    In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, almond flour, egg, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  2. Form the Meatballs:
    Roll the mixture into small, even-sized meatballs (about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter). This recipe should make around 16-20 meatballs.
  3. Cook the Meatballs:
