Ingredients

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried dill)

- 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the salmon fillets and let marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).
- Grill the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Make the Dill Sauce: While the salmon is grilling, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix well and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve: Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a minute. Serve topped with the dill sauce and garnish with extra dill if desired. Enjoy with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad.
