- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth

- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground thyme

- 2 packs (7 oz each) shirataki noodles, rinsed and drained
- Fresh parsley for garnish
