  • 12 large cremini or white mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Arrange the mushroom caps in a baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cavity-side up.
